What is a 360 virtual tour?

A 360 virtual tour is an interactive picture that can be moved around by a click of the mouse. You can hold down the mouse button and view a picture as if you were there.

How are the virtual tours created?

The virtual tours are created by taking a large amount of pictures and putting them all together to create the effect. We have special equipment that is used to capture all angles.

Do 360 virtual tours work on the Iphone?

Yes they can. Previously Flash was used to display the 360 virtual tours which doesn’t work with the iPhone but now HTML 5 is being used to display them. HTML 5 is compatible with the iPhone and all other mobile devices

Can the 360 virtual tours be viewed offline?

Yes they can, they can also be stored on CD-ROMs, USB memory sticks and other devices.

Who hosts the tour?

We host your 360 Virtual Tour free of charge for the first year, after this it is just £19 Per year. We can also provide you with all the files nessasary to implement the Virtual Tour on to your own website and host it yourself.

What extras can a 360 Virtual Tour have?

Design

We design every aspect of your virtual tour to your exact specification. We will also develop you a microsite hosted free of charge by us for the first year so it won’t slow down your website.

Floorplan

All of our tours can have a floorplan style map with different “hotspots” (See below) to guide your guests through your tour

Still Images For Print

We can also provide printed images of your building.

Information Box

This is a box that the guest can click on displaying what ever information you desire.

Hotspots

We can also integrate “hotspots” – special links within a tour to take you through all the different locations of your tour.

Media

We can put whatever media you require into your virtual tour i.e. voice overs, animations etc.

How long does a Virtual tour take?

It takes approximately 20 minutes per room depending on the complexity of the project. Then it takes around 2-3 days for the full Virtual Tour to be completed, depending on project size.

What are the benefits of having a 360 Virtual Tour?

The benefits of having a 360 Degree Virtual Tour are endless, it not only shows you have a professional image but also allows your guests to tour around your establishment with ease.

Do I need to prepare anything before the photographer arrives?

Please ensure the property is in the condition you wish to have displayed. We can edit all shots if there is something you’re not satisfied with. And we can retake photographs if needed.

Do I need to be present whilst the photographer is shooting my 360 virtual tour?

Not at all, we will make all arrangements with you prior to shooting the Virtual Tour.

How many scenes can be included in each 360 tour?

As many as you like!

Can I change the style, text and colours of my Virtual Tour?

Yes, we go through all of your requirements at the start. If there is anything that you are unsatisfied with then we will gladly change it.

If I change my company or contact information, do I have to recreate my Virtual tours?

Not at all, just let us know and we can make any amendments that you require.

Can I place a link to google maps, school reports and city information on my virtual tours?

Yes. They are all included with your virtual tour. Please see our extras for any information or feel free to contact us and we can discuss this with you.

Can I place a printable flyer on my tour?

Yes. If you have your own flyer, you can e-mail it to us and we can attach it to the virtual tour for you.

Where do you link the virtual tours out to?

We will supply you with the links to your virtual tours so that you can place them onto your website of choice.

Do I have to buy any cameras or software to get Virtual Tours?

No you don’t. Our 360 Virtual Tours are supplied 100% by us; all you need to supply is a location.

Will viewers have to download additional software to view my 360 virtual tours?

No, viewers do not have to download any additional software to view 360 virtual tours. The only software they will need is an internet browser equipped with Flash (Which most browsers come with)

What about security issues?

License plates, street numbers and names, and identifying signs are erased from your 360 Virtual Tour during creation to ensure your safety and privacy (Unless otherwise stated).

How do I calculate how many movies I require?

This is calculated on a per room basis, you decide which rooms you would like to include within your 360 Virtual Tour and that’s how many you require

What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire; however our expert team of photographers cover the entire of the UK.


Can you supply QR Codes to link to our Virtual Tour?

Yes we supply all the QR Codes so that you can use them on business cards and flyers
